Fleety App
Handover protocols are completed entirely offline in the Fleety App. Vehicle data, condition, photos, signatures and more. Input fields can be personalised and adapted.
Fleety Cloud
Handover protocols can be uploaded from the Fleety App to Fleety Cloud for post-processing. Protocols can also be created and filled in directly online. For long-term archiving, protocols can be exported as PDF at any time; in Fleety Cloud they are retained for 36 months.
Multiple users
Fleety Cloud lets you create user groups. Users in the same group can share their handover protocols with colleagues.
Data export
Handover protocols can be exported as PDF by default in both the Fleety App and Fleety Cloud. Other formats are supported on request. Integration with customer systems can be implemented quickly.

Yes. Completing the handover protocol in the Fleety App works entirely offline. You capture vehicle data, condition, photos and signatures without a connection. Later you can upload protocols to Fleety Cloud or export as PDF.
Protocols are stored in Fleety Cloud for 36 months. For longer retention you can export a PDF at any time and archive it yourself – in the app and in the cloud.
Handover protocols remain in Germany. Hosting is with a German provider – servers are near Hamburg. Your data is not transferred to third countries.

The app is mainly used on site: fill in handover protocols offline, optionally save as PDF. The cloud is for uploading, post-processing and sharing protocols – also directly in the browser. Both can be used separately or together.
